Once upon a time, there was a young girl who met a guy and feel likes she has fallen in love head over heel with him. Despite his flirtatious way of conversing with his female friends, she still feels that he is the one for her. Was it her naivety or perhaps she feels that everything is in the right place at the right time, or perhaps she feels his affection is stronger from his side compare to her, thus she made the decision to accept his proposal.
Did they live happily ever after? Well, happily ever after is very subjective and only occurs in fairy tales. Why do I say happily ever after is subjective ? It is because each person requires different set of medium or method to be happily ever. Sometimes it just take spending time together to make a person so happy, she would be so content even in worst situation.
Don't you think so? I do!

Fat
OMG....OMG....OMG... I am fat.
Really really fat. I have increased 2 sizes in the past 6 months working in this place that I "enjoy so much". And I can see my bulging tummy too. OMG... What shall I do????. My mind keep on racing on how and what I should in order to lose this kilos and it made me hungry. With that I started munching on the junk food that was bought by myself fron the money that were given by these managers.
Shame on me. I can't think of anything right now. Let me sleep on it first.

Rambling
I keep on erasing whatever that I've typed cause I don't know how to continue after I have finishes those sentences. Life is kinda vague at the moment. I could not confirmed whether I am doing fine nor can I confirmed that I am not doing well. Everybody will have to go through some phases in their life and I think I have been going through some phases for quite sometimes.
Oh well, enough of rambling in one day. Could not ramble away like I want to as there are so many things to do.

Old Folk Remedy
Woke up with a sore throat and blocked nose. I know after this the cough will slowly sink in and the headache will started to knock my head like a hammer...ppfffttt!!!!
Hate it when it happen. My friend told me to marinate lemon and ginger slices with honey. Mixed with warm water and drink it every now and then.
Had to be on medical leave yesterday.
Hope the cough will be over soon.

Beef Lasagna
Requested by my sister since she's a fan of Italian's food but prefers the cheaper version.
I took a shortcut way with the pasta sauce. Bought a big jar of Prego, add in some herbs, minced meat, slice olives and mushroom and wallah.... it's all done.
It might not be as nice as a real home made pasta sauce and all but enough to satisfy our craving for lasagna.
Ingredients :
Meat sauce :
400gm minced meat
1 big bottle of Prego pasta sauce
Olive oil
Onions (diced)
Slice black olives
Slice Mushroom
Mixed Herbs
Black pepper and salt to taste
Method :
Sauteed onion in olive oil
Add in minced meat and stir
Pour in Prego pasta sauce, mixed herbs and mix well
Add in olive and mushroom.
Add in black pepper and salt to taste
Cheesy Sauce :
Butter
Cheese
Flour
Milk
Black pepper and salt to taste
Method :
Melt butter and add in flour
Remove from stove and then add in milk and mix well
Put it back on the stove and add in cheese
Stir until it thicken then add in black pepper and salt to taste.
First layer of lasagna sheets then meat sauce and followed by cheese sauce. Pile it up until you have 3 sets of layer. The last layer should be cheese sauce. Cover it up with shredded cheese and baked at 180C until cooked.
