Ayam Masak Merah Ala Magribi

Haven't been writing for quite sometimes. And haven't been cooking properly for sometimes as well.
Been going through my new sought recipes and will start to try cooking them.
One of many recipes that I've tried is Ayam Masak Merah Ala Maghribi. Not sure whether it's going to be a hit with the kids but let's just try.



Ingredients:
10 pcs chicken (small cut)
2 cm ginger - finely chopped
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp saffron
3 cloves garlic - finely chopped
2 onion - finely chopped
1 cm cinnamon stick
2 tsp coriander powder
1 can tomato soups
2 tbs honey
1/2 lemon juice
salt to taste

Method :
Sautéed onion, garlic, ginger and cinnamon stick
Add in chicken and coriander powder.
Keep on stirring so that all the mixtures will fully covered the chicken.
Closed the wok and let the chicken's juices flow out. But we need to stir it once a while.
Then add in the tomato soup, a bit of water, honey and saffron.
Let it stew until the chicken is tender then add in lemon juice, pepper and salt.
