There was a book by Jane Austen mentioned in the movie. Do you recall which one was it, Naddy?

Persuasion...the last completed novel by Jane Austen. It is about two people who waited for each other.

Are you referring to the ending part of the novel or the movie or in real life?

I think the movie concept as a whole does relate back to the novel which is the waiting part of two people who is totally and utterly in love with each other and was separated due to circumstances. But the plot is entirely different.Well, the ending is exactly the same. Both did ended up together, happily or not, it is beyond my imagination.
